About Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA, is a research-validated, data-driven science used to modify the behavior of children and adults. It is most often used to encourage proper behaviors, and to discourage inappropriate or damaging ones.

In autism therapy, ABA is the most powerful tool available to help children acquire abilities that come easily to children with normal neurological development. When used with continual review and adaptation to each child's needs and progress, skills can be taught and mastered rapidly, and then built upon to acquire further abilities.
